Restricted work

Do not request illegal or dangerous services. Regulated work must only be offered by appropriately authorised professionals. Do not treat platform membership as proof of professional approval.

Protecting people

Do not place private addresses, phone numbers, financial information or sensitive personal details in public descriptions. Contact customers respectfully and only for the relevant job. Do not resell customer information.

Reports and enforcement

Report concerns to the support address in Customer terms with the job/profile reference and supporting details. We may investigate, restrict or remove content or suspend an account proportionately. We will explain decisions where reasonable, provide a route to challenge mistakes and assess paid balances fairly. Immediate protective action may be necessary where safety, fraud or legal obligations require it.
